OPTION OF BUYER TO CALL FOR DELIVERY IN INSTALLMENTS
Buyer shall have the option to call for delivery of the goods in two or more installments as buyer shall elect, but buyer shall give seller [Days of written notice] days written notice of buyers intention to demand delivery in installments and of the schedule of deliveries required.
This is a UCC-buying and selling form.
It is intended to be an addendum to other forms.
